Abstract
ABSTRACT
A case of middle aged healthy man presented with acute anterior myocardial infarction
and atrial fibrillation immediately after many wasps stings without shock and or
bronchospasm. It is a rare presentation of a common problem. The case report is
presented with review of the literature.
